Paddle Fit Classes

Have you ever wanted to try yoga/pilates on a paddleboard? Our paddle fit classes encompass all those activities into a one hour  exercise on the water. If you have never paddleboarded or have never done yoga/pilates before, show up a few minutes early and our instructors will teach you the basics of the sport. All levels welcome!

Sailing Lessons

Sailing Lessons

Our 90-minute private sailing lesson is designed to give you the basic skills needed to comfortably sail on your own. Each lesson begins with a land orientation to the wind, sailing theory, and rigging instruction. Instructors will then transition you to the water where you will learn the basics of reading the wind, boat control, tacking, jibing, and self-rescue techniques.

Kayak Lessons

Kayak Lessons

These lessons are a great way to become a confident kayaker on any lake. You will learn about the different types of kayaks and paddles, learn about lifejackets and other safety equipment. Instructors will show you different paddle strokes, launching techniques, maneuvering and self-rescue skills. Upon completion of this class you will be familiar and comfortable with flatwater paddling. Both individual and group lessons are 60 minutes long.
