SUP Yoga Classes

What is SUP Yoga?

SUP Yoga classes encompass yoga and pilates, all while balancing on a paddleboard. Whether you are a beginner to paddleboarding or yoga/pilates, all are welcome to our classes. The cost of the class is $35 if you rent a board and $25 if you bring your own! Life jackets will be provided.


SUP Yoga Schedule:

Wednesdays – 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Sundays – 9:00am to 10:00am

*classes are about an hour long

If the class times do not work for your group, private classes can be scheduled any time during the week and weekend mornings! Group size must be a minimum of 6 people. The cost for private group classes are $35 per person.
