Kids Summer Camp 2022 – Register Today!

Explore the great outdoors this summer at Marsh Creek Watersports! Our Summer Camp offers campers the opportunity to learn and become comfortable on the water while making memories and creating lasting friendships.

Campers will strengthen their water skills by learning how to paddle and sail on Marsh Creek Lake! Water safety instruction is provided throughout the week to ensure a well-rounded experience. Campers will take part in four rotating activities each day, three of which will be on the water. In addition to our favorites–paddleboarding, kayaking, and multiple sailing disciplines–daily camp activities are selected based on wind conditions and may include cooperative games such as capture the flag, frisbee, sponge tag, orienteering, and more. Activities are designed to build confidence, hone new skills, and discover untapped talent.

Summer Camp is offered to children ages 6 -13 years old for nine one-week sessions. Camp is held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays of each week. Campers must register for a full week of camp.

Cost:

$275 per week per camper

Camper Information

Bathing suits are a must! The campers can either wear just a bathing suit or wear a t-shirt/rashgaurd and shorts over it. Sneakers or other appropriate footwear must be packed for when the groups hike. Sunscreen is critical. Life Jackets will be provided or campers can bring their own!

There are three designated 30 minute lunch times that are separated by groups. Children may bring a bagged lunch and we will keep it refrigerated if needed. Make sure your child has a water bottle and plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the day! We also have a snack bar that has hot dogs, chicken nuggets and tenders, pizza, soft pretzels, ice cream, water ice and cold drinks. Check out the Food Concession snack and ice cream menu below!

Please arrive at 9:30 a.m. We will show you where your child can keep their bag, settle up financial obligations, collect release forms, fit your child for a life jacket and get them into groups.

We watch the radar very carefully both before and during camp. If a storm pops up during camp, we get the kids off the water and get them inside. If it is just light rain, we will still have camp. In the unlikely event that we would cancel camp, we will send an email before 8:30 a.m. to notify you of the cancellation.

In the event that we must cancel a day of camp due to weather or other adverse conditions, we will schedule a make-up day. If a make-up day of camp cannot be scheduled a refund will be issued for that day of camp. The maximum refund amount for 1 day of camp is $95.

Campers who cancel by the Friday of the week prior to their session of camp will be eligible for a refund or to reschedule. No-show campers or late cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
