We had a blast at last years Kids Camps! We can’t wait to get everyone back next year. Participants will enjoy sailing several types of sailboats and sailboards, and practice racing techniques. All activities are hands on and FUN! The camps will consist of basic sailing techniques, rigging of boats, tacking, jibing, safety review and self rescue. Windsurfing lessons will consist of rigging, land lessons, upwind and downwind directions, beach starts, water starts and safety drills. On light wind days, kayaking lessons will take place. Practice on single kayaking techniques includes paddling strokes for open and sit inside models. Participants will also enjoy paddling in tandem on our double kayaks. The highlight of this lesson is the lake tour! There’s 535 acres of water to paddle!
Each session will consist of six days. Eighteen hours of water fun taught by trained instructors, with a focus on hands on experience, is our goal! Participants build confidence and friendships, and have lots of fun too!
The camps are offered to all children ages 7 or older. The lessons begin at 10:00 am and end at 1:30. Participants should bring their own lunch and drinks or can purchase them at our on site snack bar.

CAMP COST:
- $250 first child
- $200 each additional sibling
- A $50 deposit per child is due with registration. Balance payable on first day of camp.
